Forgotten Password

It happens to everyone – if your password has slipped your mind, don't worry, you can set a new one in just a couple of clicks.

How to request a new password

  1. Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" below the login fields.
  2. Enter the email address your account is registered with.
  3. Within a few minutes you'll get an email with a password reset link. If it doesn't show up right away, check your spam or promotions folder too.
  4. Click the link and enter your new password twice (to confirm it).
  5. That's it – your old password is invalidated immediately, and you can log in with the new one.

If the email doesn't arrive

  • Double-check you entered the exact email address you registered with. If you've since switched email addresses and never updated it with us, the link is going to your old inbox.
  • Check your spam/junk folder – reset links sometimes land there.
  • If there's still no sign of it after 15–20 minutes, open a support ticket and we'll sort it out manually.

!!! tip For security reasons, the reset link is only valid for a limited time (usually one hour). If it's expired, just request a new one.

If you're already logged in and just want to change your password

If you haven't actually forgotten it and just want to switch to a new one, you don't need to log out for that. Check out changing your password instead – you can do it in a couple of clicks while logged in.
